Tal vez a alguien le pueda parecer la mejor paletilla del mundo. He probado el jamón y la paletilla de esta denominación y siento tener que decir que no volveré a comprar ninguno de ellos. La paletilla que me tocó era incluso superior al jamón, pero ambos, paletilla y jamón me han parecido francamente mediocres. Lo siento pero no puedo decir ni una palabra buena.

Tal vez sea porque mi paladar está enseñado a otro tipo de jamón o sencillamente porque me tocó un jamón malo. Lo cierto es que no me ha gustado nada. Pasado de curación, tirando a rancio y con cierto sabor picante nada agradable. Una decepción.

No está mal, pero.....Degustamos en familia la paletilla comparándola con el jamón y todos coincidimos en que en Pedroches la paletilla es bastante inferior al jamón.

Excelente jamón. Muy sabroso. Diferente al de Jabugo o el de Guijuelo. Muy recomendable para todos aquellos que busquen un jamón con personalidad propia.
