Anche se in Italia abbiamo tanti ottimi oli, posso dire che la Spagna be vanta altri, ho trovato quest'olio buonissimo delicato, gradevole al gusto e profumato

Ancora una volta, tra gli omaggi gentilmente offerti da Ibergour abbiamo scelto quest'olio che già al primo acquisto, l'anno passato, ci aveva sorpreso positivamente.
Di profumo intenso e aromatico di carciofo e di mandorla, con appena un tocco di piccante e di amaro ma di sapore assolutamente non prepotente, adattissimo anche a pesci bolliti o alla griglia e in grado di confrontarsi con qualsiasi insalata o zuppa e con carni bianche.
Da notarre l'acidità molto bassa (soltanto 0,15%, rispetto a un massimo consentito per l'olio EV di 0.80%).
Assolutamente da consigliare.

With an intense and aromatic aroma of artichoke and almond, with just a touch of spiciness and bitterness but with an absolutely not overbearing flavor, also very suitable for boiled or grilled fish and able to compare with any salad or soup and with white meats. Note the very low acidity (only 0.15%, compared to a maximum allowed for EV oil of 0.80%). Absolutely to be recommended.
Un olio verde, profumatissimo, di sapore intenso ma equilibratissimo. Mi ha davvero sorpreso, trattandosi di un omaggio in aggiunta a una paleta che ho comprato non mi aspettavo una qualità così alta.

Un olio veramente ottimo. Bio. Una riscoperta dopo che in passato - in Spagna - non avevo apprezzato questa varietà. SI tratta infatti di un cultivar - il Picual - da cui si ottiene un olio piuttosto amaro secondo i nostri standard. Ma utilizzato come condimento risulta piacevolissimo soprattutto nelle insalate, sul pane, e in cottura. La sua dominante amara può invece non piacere su carni bianche. Consigliatissimo. Lo acquisterò ancora. Si tratta dell'olio maggiormente prodotto nel sud della Spagna (Jaen) ma di produttori bio ce ne sono pochi.

Yo no soy un conocedor de aceites de oliva, mi esposa en cambio disfruta mucho de estos y no estuvo conforme con el sabor del mismo.
I am not a connoisseur of olive oils, my wife instead enjoys these and was not satisfied with the taste of it.
