questo salame di extremadura quando non è ancora tagliato è buono, però la confezione in fette inviatami "non si era mantenuta", infatti il grasso era diventato molto 'rancido' e non è stato possibile gustarle. Forse andrebbe mantenuto in busta per un periodo più breve.
This salami extremadura when it is not yet cut is good, however, the package in slices sent to me "had not maintained", in fact the fat had become very 'rancid' and has not been possible to enjoy them. Perhaps it should be kept in a bag for a shorter period.
