Mesi fà comprai il prosciutto disossato joselito, a detta di tutti il migliore (e di fatti fù molto buono), ma per circa 200€ in meno ho deciso di provare un prodotto meno blasonato per vedere la differenza e devo dire che la qualità ed il gusto sono OTTIMI la differenza con il joselito e minima, anzi come rotondità di sapore forse e meglio addirittura questo.
Quindi ottimo prodotto super consigliato, gusto al vertice.
Months ago I bought the ham boned joselito, according to all the best (and in fact fù very good), but for about 200 € less I decided to try a less noble to see the difference and I must say that the quality and GREAT taste are the difference between the minimum and joselito, even as roundness of flavor and perhaps even better this. So great product for our budget, taste at the top.
Prodotto molto buono e poi dal prezzo super competitivo. Caratterizzato da note leggermente amaragnole e corpose, di pate di foie gras ne ho provati molti e questo è un prodotto valido.
