J'ai acheté cette épaule avec une autre qui était plus chère et excellente (épaule El Coto de Galán Gran Reserva Bellota), donc forcément je compare et je dois avouer que l'épaule Cerdos Extremeños Recebo, bien que bonne en bouche, manque de maturation au point que couper des tranches longues et fines est impossible (la chair est rouge vive et "molle"). Pas déçu mais je ne renouvellerais pas l'achat.
I bought this shoulder with one that was more expensive and excellent (shoulder El Coto de Gran Reserva Bellota Galán), so obviously I compare and I must admit that the shoulder Extremeños Recebo Cerdos, although good in the mouth, lack of maturing to the point where cutting slices long and thin is impossible (the flesh is bright red and "soft"). Not disappointed, but I do not renouvellerais purchase.
Le colis est arrivé dans les délais (malgré un petit problème avec le transporteur qu'ibergour a résoud rapidement). Cette épaule est excellente, je recommande ce produit.
The package arrived on time (despite a small problem with the carrier qu'ibergour was solved quickly). This shoulder is excellent, I recommend this product.
