Fantastic knife!

Outstanding knife! Not only for cleaning the jamon before slicing, but also for slicing it. Had doubts on whether to buy the cheaper version or this one, but am very pleased to have spent it on the Zwilling. Would highly recommend it!

Très, très bon couteau, idéalement conçu pour son usage. Assemblage parfait, bel acier, excellente lame. Désosse aussi très bien les volailles.

Very, very good knife ideally designed for its use. Perfect fit, fine steel, excellent blade. Bones as well poultry.
