Muy bien elaborado. Tiene algo más que otros jamones de cebo. No és tan gustosa como una paleta de bellota pero sí que tiene un aroma especial, sutil, que no encuentro en otros cebos. Para mi gusto incluso podría llegar a estar mejor con unos mesecitos más de curación, pero es algo muy personal. No va a llegar a Navidad. Tendré que comprar otra!
Very well crafted. It has more than other hams bait. Not as tasty as a palette of acorn but it has a special, subtle aroma, which can not find in other baits. For my taste it could even be better with a more mesecitos healing, but it's something very personal. It will not reach Christmas. I'll have to buy another!
It is the second time I got Cebo Campo Shoulder.The shoulder I had before was exquisite and the same this time but very disappointed that this time have so much fat! some packs as I order the ham sliced have more fat than meat.I hope next time will come better because all my family love it.Saying that,amazing flavor and good value ham.On arrival the inside packing was all crush so another thing to take in consideration by Ibergour.I will try again.
