Most cheese you find on the shops are soft cheeses. This is an excellent strong and hard cheese that I really enjoy with a good red wine.

It was nice tasting sobrasada again, this is a product difficult to find in England.
I recommend it to all of those that never taste this product, buy it and enjoy it, spread it on white sandwich bread and warm it up on the grill... Delightful.
