Ormai per me il Manchego è un cult, lo consifìdero uno dei migliori formaggi Spagnoli. Ottimo con fette di pane croccante e jamon.
È la terza volta che lo compro e devo dire che non si smentisce mai, OTTIMO PRODOTTO.

Ho comprato jamon iberico extremadure de bellota e un pecorino Zamorano, devo dire che ho ricevuto due prodotti deliziosi, in brevissimo tempo e consiglio a tutti di provare i prodotti di IBERGOUR. Secondo me il meglio per serietà dell'azienda e qualità dei prodotti.
