Excellent product. Decided to purchase together with the ham holder as thought that my knives may not be suitable. Has the flexibility to cut the ham finely.

I purchased the ham holder for Christmas and to be honest did not expect it to be as good as it is. Purchased together with the knife and pinchers and it looks so much more expensive than it was. A lovely item and I am very pleased.
If you are considering purchasing this you will not be disappointed.
