El choriz. Selecciäon ciurana es demasiado tierno para mi gusto y el sabor no es muy intenso, me recuerda más a lomo en ocasiones. Me gustan los chorizos bien rojos que sepan mucho, a ser posible un poco picantes, este no es ni lo uno ni lo otro. Con todo, es un chorizo muy rico.
